Ingredients of Grilled Fish Steak


10 medium fish fillets
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon sunflower oil

For Marination

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon sunflower oil
2 medium green chilli
1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric
10 gm chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cloves garlic
2 handful coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 handful dill leaves


How to make Grilled Fish Steak



Step 1 Grease the fish fillets
To prepare this amazing non-vegetarian recipe, take the fish fillets and massage it gently with oil, keep aside in a plate.

Step 2 Make a mixture for marination
Grind together the garlic, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chillies, dill leaves, coriander powder, and salt. Add oil to it and grind to form a paste. Rub this all over the fish fillets and keep aside to marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Step 3 Grill the marinated fishes
Grill the marinated fish on a preheated grill or oven till golden and crisp on both sides or for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Step 4 Serve!
