Ingredients of Ginger Prawns


250 gm prawns
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt as required
1/4 teaspoon Msg
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
11/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1/2 bunch coriander leaves


How to make Ginger Prawns


Step 1 Add all ingredients in a bowl
Wash and keep prawns in a bowl. In another bowl, add soya sauce, msg (optional), green chili sauce, red chilli paste, crushed pepper powder, tomato puree, sugar, tomato ketchup, a pinch of salt, and vinegar. Mix all ingredients.

Step 2 Saute onion and garlic paste
Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add onion paste along with garlic paste and cook until the raw flavour is gone.

Step 3 Saute the masala
Next, add in the chopped ginger along with the masala mixture prepared in step 1. Cook this until oil separates. Adjust the consistency of the gravy as you like.
Step 4 Cook prawns in gravy
Take another pan and add butter. When the butter has melted, add prawns and masala gravy, and cook it on a low flame until prawns are tender. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
