Paneer Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients of Paneer Fried Rice
150 gm paneer
2 tomato
2 cloves garlic
refined oil as required
salt as required
1 handful coriander leaves
2 cup boiled basmati rice
1 onion
1/2 cup cabbage
1 teaspoon spice chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
How to make Paneer Fried Rice
Step 1 Wash and chop
To begin with this easy recipe, wash and chop the veggies. Cut the panner pieces.
Step 2 Add onion and garlic
Take a pan and add oil, once the oil is hot enough. Add onions and garlic cloves. Saute for 2 minutes.
Step 3 Increase the flame
Increase the flame and add tomatoes and cabbage, once the veggies are wok tossed and slightly golden brown. Add the soy sauce and the spices.
Step 4 Toss the rice
Lastly, add boiled leftover rice and paneer, cook for 5 minutes at high flame. Season with salt and add corinader leaves. Serve hot and enjoy
