Honey Szechuan Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients of Honey Schezwan Shrimps
500 gm shrimps
1/2 cup spring onions
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoon soy sauce
water as required
6 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon red pepper
3 teaspoon corn starch
3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
How to make Honey Schezwan Shrimps
Step 1 Wash the shrimps and chop the vegetables
To prepare this awesome appetizer recipe, wash shrimps under running water and place them over a chopping board. Cut the tails of the shrimps and keep them aside. Also, mince garlic and ginger and slice the spring onions. Keep aside until needed next.
Step 2 Prepare the sauce
Next, take a bowl and add water, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, red pepper and ginger. Mix them very well.
Step 3 Saute onion and garlic
Now, place a frying pan over medium flame and pour oil in it. Once the oil is heated, add chopped spring onions and garlic. Saute for a minute.
Step 4 Cook shrimps in sauce and serve
Next, add in the shrimps in the pan and coat them well. Then, add the prepared sauce mixture and stir well. Cook the mixture for 15-20 minutes and serve.
