1 egg
1 handfuls coriander leaves
black pepper as required
1 teaspoon oregano
1 beetroot
1 cup yoghurt (curd)
salt as required
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
water as required
How to make Beetroot Cold Soup
Step 1 Boil the egg
To make this easy recipe, take a pan and add water, boil the egg with a dash of salt. Once done, remove the shell and save for garnishing. In the meantime, wash and chop the beetroot and make a smooth blend.
Step 2 Whish the curd and enjoy
Next, whisk the curd and add beetroot blend along with spices, chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Garnish with oregano and egg and enjoy.
