Greek Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients of Greek Potatoes
6 peeled,chopped potato
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oregano
6 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
salt as required
1 tablespoon chilli flakes
How to make Greek Potatoes
Step 1 Lay out the potatoes
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and grease a baking dish with oil or butter. Place the chopped (wedges) potatoes in a levelled manner in the dish.
Step 2 Add the ingredients
In the baking dish, add garlic, vegetable broth, olive oil, salt, chilli flakes and oregano. Mix the potatoes well with the ingredients. Try to mix the ingredients by hand as it will help you to mix well.
Step 3 Bake and serve
Bake the potatoes for 40- 45 minutes or till the potatoes turn golden. You can garnish them with olive oil or coriander and they're ready to be served.
